Just use a nice fat font and then open your floatie you want to use in animation, then copy each frame back to psp and make the same number of frames in the name you use, then go to patterns in psp, find your floatie and add to your font name, one by one.





Otherwise go google adding floaties to font names.Does anyone know where to find Paint Shop Pro tutorials for something like this image...?
Unfortunately, you'll need PSP and a GIF animation program.
